Heather brings extensive experience in arts administration, with a strong focus on program development. She has created and led initiatives such as BPMI Dance, the Hybridmotion Training Program, and co/motion, where she continues to serve as Director. Her work spans a wide range of sectors, including corporations, non-profits, small businesses, and individual artists. Heather has contributed her expertise to organizations such as Hybridmotion Dance Theatre, VIP Interactive, Eryc Taylor Dance, GALLIM, and The Partnering Lab at Northeastern University. In addition, she regularly freelances as an administrator and consultant for movement-based intensives and programs.
